JOHNSON? WHO'S HE? NEVER HEARD OF
HIM!
Yes, I know. It's a sad fact of life! Unless
you’re from this part of the world, you probably never even heard of Karl Johnson.
It could have been different. Ever since Karl got his
license in1978, he has stayed clear of the big inter-
national franchises for fear he would be swallowed up and forced to give
up the
personal touch. I guess he just wanted to be himself..
That’s one of the things you’ll find about Karl today.
He's not just another high pressure real estate salesman. Karl isn't part
of any "Million Dollar" club and he doesn't spend his time
competing for those endless "Top Producer" awards. He's
just a very capable and very caring guy who knows how to do
the job properly and tries to treat people fairly and courteously. From what I
hear on the beach, he plans to keep it that way.
That’s not to say he doesn’t have his fans. In fact, Karl gets lots
of referrals from his former clients and that’s a pretty good sign.
The people who have been good enough to buy and sell with him have found
that Karl
is one of the most respected brokers in town.
I think he's a really a neat guy and unless you’re one of
those people who like being treated like just another face in the crowd, I
think you’ll like him too.
