If you just want an idea of what properties are available, all you need do is click on the "FOR SALE" sign at the bottom of each page.  This will take you to the public website of RMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service).  This organization provides the listing information for most of the property presently  on the market.  It's easy to search (See the directions at the bottom of each page.) and their service is up to date.  If you find a property that interests you, you can easily learn more by sending me the property's MLS Number - and your question - by email.

With well over thirty years as a professional real estate broker, I've established a good working with most of the area brokers so if you want more information on a property, regardless of which company has the listing, I can give you the information you need - both the positive and the negative side.  If you like working with me, you won’t have to jump from company to company to see the various properties currently on the market.  Although I would be representing you in any possible purchase, there is no charge to you for the use of this service because the seller still typically pays the commission and that is split by the listing and selling brokers.
